The backbone of a prepaid/postpaid billing option is robust 3rd party point-of-sale (POS) networks. Aurora is integrated with a wide variety of networks, from bill payment acceptance firms to mobile top-up POS networks.
SMS/IVR/EMAIL
Aurora has integrated SMS and IVR capabilities which enable customers to make payments with their mobile phone. Aurora supports the use of mobile wallets, as well as direct SMS vending by utility management agents. Customers can redeem tokens via SMS and IVR.
Web and Mobile
Customers can access their Aurora account with computers, tablets and smart phones. They can make payments online using credit card, direct debit as well as electronic bank tranfer.
Banks and Kiosks
Customers can top-up at their local bank branch, or by using a bank ATM. In many cases, customers can transfer funds from their bank account to top-up. Aurora can also interface with payment kiosks.
