Users can receive text message or automated-voice notifications from their managers concerning low balances, pending disconnections and purchase receipts. Additionally, the consumer can request balance information.
Arrears Recovery Managment
A key feature of prepayment and Prepaid Meter’s Aurora software is that it allows customers to convert to prepayment and avoid disconnection whilst paying off existing arrears balances.
Customer Web Portal Interface.
Users can access their account information through a secure web portal. Functions include the ability to check balances, purchase power, set alert notifications, view usage and purchase history.
