The system allows customers to be in control of their accounts in a transparent manner.  Customers can easily monitor their balance via web, mobile, IVR and purchase how much they want, when they want. Customers choose how and when they want to be notified if their credit balance is getting low.

 

Aurora's meter agnostic capability means that the system can be used for both AMI and STS metering technologies.
